5052 aluminum circle is manufactured from 5052 aluminum sheet or coil through punching, stamping, spinning, and deep drawing processes. It belongs to the 5xxx series aluminum-magnesium alloy family, with magnesium (Mg) as the main alloying element. Known for its high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, good formability, and outstanding weldability, 5052 aluminum circle is widely used in cookware, marine equipment, pressure vessels, automotive parts, lighting, electronics, and industrial manufacturing applications.

Features

  • High Strength

5052 aluminum provides significantly higher strength than 1xxx and 3xxx series aluminum, offering excellent durability and lightweight performance.

  • Excellent Corrosion Resistance

It provides outstanding resistance to seawater, moisture, and chemical corrosion, making it suitable for marine and outdoor environments.

  • Excellent Formability

With good deep drawing, bending, and stamping performance, it is suitable for manufacturing complex-shaped components.

  • Superior Weldability

5052 aluminum offers excellent welding performance and maintains good mechanical properties after fabrication.

  • Good Surface Quality

Smooth surface finish suitable for anodizing, polishing, painting, and protective coating.
