The 1060 aluminum disc is a high-purity aluminum product manufactured from 1060 aluminum sheet through processes such as stamping, spinning, and deep drawing. It belongs to the 1xxx series of pure aluminum alloys, featuring an aluminum content of no less than 99.6%. Compared to 1050 aluminum discs, the 1060 variant offers higher purity and slightly better electrical conductivity, while maintaining the same excellent formability and corrosion resistance. Thanks to its outstanding ductility, corrosion resistance, thermal and electrical conductivity, and superior formability, the 1060 aluminum disc is widely used in applications such as cookware, lighting reflectors, electronic components, heat sinks, packaging containers, and industrial stamped parts.
