5005 aluminum circle is manufactured from 5005 aluminum sheet or coil through punching, stamping, spinning, and deep drawing processes. It belongs to the 5xxx series aluminum-magnesium alloy family, with magnesium (Mg) as the main alloying element. With excellent corrosion resistance, medium strength, good formability, weldability, and superior surface quality, 5005 aluminum circles are widely used in lighting, architectural decoration, cookware, electronic components, and industrial applications.

Features

  • Excellent Corrosion Resistance

5005 aluminum provides excellent resistance to moisture, atmospheric corrosion, and chemical environments, making it suitable for outdoor and long-term applications.

  • Good Formability

It offers excellent deep drawing, stamping, and spinning performance, suitable for manufacturing complex-shaped components.

  • Good Strength

Higher strength than 1xxx series pure aluminum while maintaining lightweight characteristics and good processing performance.

  • Superior Anodizing Performance

5005 aluminum provides excellent anodized surface quality with uniform appearance, making it ideal for decorative applications.

  • Good Weldability

It offers reliable welding performance and easy fabrication characteristics.
