1100 aluminum circles are circular aluminum products manufactured from 1100 aluminum sheet through processes such as stamping, spinning, and deep drawing. Belonging to the 1000 series of commercially pure aluminum alloys, they contain at least 99.0% aluminum. The addition of a small amount of copper to the pure aluminum gives the 1100 alloy higher strength than the 1050, 1060, and 1070 grades, while it retains excellent ductility, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, and weldability. 1100 aluminum circles are widely used in the manufacture of cookware, lighting fixtures, food packaging, chemical equipment, and electronic products, as well as in the production of various deep-drawn, spun, and stamped parts.
Description
Features
- High Strength and Excellent Formability
Offers higher strength than 1050, 1060, and 1070 aluminum alloys, along with outstanding deep-drawing, spinning, and stamping characteristics, making it suitable for manufacturing complex components.
- Superior Corrosion Resistance
Demonstrates excellent resistance to atmospheric conditions, water, and various chemical environments, making it an ideal choice for food processing and chemical industry applications.
- Excellent Thermal and Electrical Conductivity
Features excellent thermal conductivity, allowing for rapid and uniform heat transfer; an ideal base material for manufacturing heating appliances and heat-dissipating lighting fixtures.
- Outstanding Machinability
Easy to cut, weld, bend, polish, and machine. It offers a smooth surface finish, making it well-suited for anodizing and decorative surface treatments.
