3005 aluminum circle is manufactured from 3005 aluminum sheet or coil through punching, stamping, spinning, and deep drawing processes. It belongs to the 3xxx series aluminum-manganese alloy family, with manganese (Mn) as the main alloying element and magnesium (Mg) as an additional strengthening element. Compared with 3003 aluminum circle, 3005 aluminum circle offers higher strength, better corrosion resistance, and improved durability while maintaining excellent formability and weldability. It is widely used in lighting, building materials, cookware, packaging, heat exchangers, and industrial forming applications.
