1050 aluminum circles are circular aluminum products manufactured from 1050 pure aluminum sheet or strip via stamping, spinning, or deep drawing; they belong to the 1xxx series of pure aluminum. With an aluminum content of ≥99.5%, they offer excellent ductility, corrosion resistance, and thermal conductivity, as well as good deep-drawing properties, making them widely used in the manufacture of cookware, lighting fixtures, electronics, packaging, and industrial components.

Features

  • Exceptional Plasticity

Features excellent elongation; suitable for deep drawing, spinning, and stretching processes without cracking during stamping, making it a preferred base material for cookware and lamp shades.

  • High Corrosion Resistance

Pure aluminum readily forms a dense surface oxide film, offering resistance to atmospheric conditions and weak acids; suitable for use as linings in chemical containers.

  • Excellent Thermal and Electrical Conductivity

Thermal conductivity of 231 W/(m·K) and electrical conductivity of approximately 59% IACS; commonly used for heat dissipation and electrical conduction components.

  • Bright Surface Finish

Suitable for anodizing, polishing, and spraying, offering excellent decorative and reflective qualities.
