3003 aluminum circles are manufactured from 3003 aluminum sheet using processes such as stamping, spinning, and deep drawing. This material belongs to the 3xxx series aluminum-manganese alloy family and contains approximately 1.0%–1.5% manganese (Mn). Compared to 1050, 1060, and 1100 aluminum discs, 3003 aluminum circles offer approximately 20% higher strength, making them an ideal choice for applications requiring enhanced mechanical properties without compromising deep-drawing performance. They are widely used in sectors such as cookware, pressure cookers, lighting equipment, traffic signs, chemical processing equipment, and architectural components.

Features

  • Higher Strength

3003 aluminum provides approximately 20% higher strength than 1xxx series aluminum, with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, making it suitable for industrial and structural applications.

  • Excellent Formability

With outstanding deep drawing and spinning performance, 3003 aluminum is easy to stamp, bend, and fabricate, making it ideal for complex-shaped components.

  • Superior Corrosion Resistance

It offers excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion, moisture, and many chemicals, making it suitable for outdoor and humid environments.

  • Good Thermal Conductivity

3003 aluminum provides efficient heat transfer performance and is widely used in cookware and heat-dissipation applications.

  • Excellent Surface Quality

It features a smooth and uniform surface, suitable for anodizing, polishing, painting, and coating processes.
