3004 aluminum circle is manufactured from 3004 aluminum sheet through punching, stamping, spinning, and deep drawing processes. It belongs to the 3xxx series aluminum-manganese alloy family, containing manganese (Mn) and magnesium (Mg), which provide higher strength and better corrosion resistance compared with 3003 aluminum. Compared with 3003 aluminum circles, 3004 aluminum circles offer higher strength and better corrosion resistance, making them suitable for products requiring improved durability and forming performance. With excellent strength, formability, corrosion resistance, weldability, and deep drawing performance, 3004 aluminum circles are widely used in food packaging, beverage cans, cookware, lighting, electronic components, and industrial forming applications.
