The double-zero foil process is extremely difficult, requiring multiple precision rolling passes and stringent requirements for equipment accuracy, rolling oil quality, and temperature control to prevent breakage or uneven thickness. Furthermore, it necessitates multiple annealing treatments to ensure the material’s ductility and flexibility; otherwise, it is prone to embrittlement and breakage.
