Description
Aluminum liquid online degassing and filtration equipment is a critical component in the process of aluminum melt purification. It serves as a fundamental guarantee for the deep processing of aluminum alloys. Its primary function is to remove hydrogen and harmful impurities from the molten aluminum.
As the molten aluminum passes through the degassing box, a rotor (or permeable brick) rotates within the box to remove hydrogen and slag. The degassing box is equipped with a heater that maintains the required temperature. Following this, the aluminum flows through the filtration box, where it undergoes a second purification process. This is achieved using filter sheets, filter tubes, or other filtration media, ensuring that the molten aluminum meets or exceeds production quality standards.
This process forms the essential foundation for the deep processing of high-quality aluminum alloy products.
